This session will present an innovative approach to addressing the current and future cyber workforce shortage and lack of diversity through investment at the root of the problem. Rather than struggling through techniques such as job fairs and job postings, companies can counter their HR shortages and lack of diverse candidates and hires by building the pipeline at the student level.
